Saint Benedict Center's East Coast Migrant Head Start Program is opening it's 2017 season, beginning on April 3rd. This cost-free bilingual program accepts children 3 months through 5 years whose parents are migrant farm workers. All classrooms have Spanish speaking staff. Children with special needs are welcomed in each classroom, at any age.
The East Coast Migrant Head Start Project establishes, provides and promotes continuity of services to migrant children along the east coast of the United States. Services provided include education, health and disabilities support, nutrition and transportation enabling children to develop their full potential.
